Mr. Krumenaker is the Manager of Strategic Solutions for Avaya’s Northeast Sales Region. In this role, he speaks with customers on how new technologies such as social networking, SIP and Web 2.0 impact the customer experience. As an evangelist of Avaya’s unified communications solutions, he provides a vision of how effective communications provides competitive advantage for companies, and can change the way we work and live. Before his current role, Steve was an Applications Sales Director at Avaya, managing a technical sales team specializing in Unified Communications, Mobility and Contact Center solutions to the Global Financial firms. Prior to joining Avaya in 2001, Mr. Krumenaker was the Chief Technology Officer at iSky, a national Teleservices firm, with over 1100 contact center agents and locations throughout the US. Before that, he was Vice President of Operations at LCS Direct Marketing, in Clifton, NJ. His educational background includes a BS and MS in Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA from Rutgers, specializing in Finance. He is on the Board of Directors for the NY Chapter of the American Teleservices Association, and has been a speaker at ATA, DMA, and DMALI events. He lives in Boonton, NJ with his family and 2 dogs, and can often be found with a camera as an aspiring photographer.

Larry is responsible for commercial sales at TANDBERG and oversees all aspects of sales and business development in the US and Canada. Prior to joining TANDBERG, Satterfield served as the Area Vice President of Northeast sales at Dell where he managed a sales team that drove over $400M in annual revenues.

Mark has over 15 years of technical experience in the high-tech industry holding senior level technical positions in R&D and Product Engineering. In his current role as Vice President of Engineering and Product Management, Mark is responsible for the commercial Sales Engineering organization that architects enterprise video deployments across the Americas. He also leads the Theater Product Management team that represents all major areas of the TANDBERG Solution. Prior to joining TANDBERG, Mark held a senior level R&D position for the professional services arm of BancTec Inc. in Dallas Texas. Mark holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario.

Paul McMillan, Director UC Strategy, Office of the CTO
Paul McMillan has over 20 years of experience in the design, implementation, and management of large scale voice, video, and IP networks. He has extensive knowledge of military, government, and commercial markets. Paul joined Siemens Enterprise Communications in 1996 to assist in establishing the IP networking business in the U.S. market. He has held subsequent positions in network engineering, engineering management, and new technology introduction. In his current role, Paul is tasked with developing the long term UC technical vision and strategy for Siemens Global customer base. Paul has participated in past VoiceCon panels including one in spring of 2008 on SIP standards. He is passionate about evolving current UC applications through technical strategy and currently focused on the evolution of Siemens SOA framework. Paul is also working on enabling the latest technologies such as virtualization, IPV6, and forging into new areas of collaboration around social networking tools.

John Romagnoli is Senior Manager, Product Development and Management within the RCN Metro Marketing team. Romagnoli is responsible for all facets of product development and management including product road mapping, new product introduction, full product life cycle management, product training and competitive analysis. John has 20 years in telecommunications within established and start-up companies and has experience in engineering, sales, industry research and product development and management. Most recently, John was Senior Product Manager and Developer of IP Services for One Communications. Prior to this, John was a Senior Industry Analyst at Yankee Group where he oversaw the Wholesale Communications practice.

Alex Cuevas, Director, North American Sales
Alex joined Trellia in 2009 and is responsible for the North American Sales organization. He brings over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales and new technology introduction. Prior to joining Trellia, Alex was a founding employee at Identify software, a company focused on Application Development Optimization. He subsequently joined BMC Software, through its acquisition of Identify, and held increasingly senior sales roles culminating in running the US West Coast sales engineering team. Alex’s early background includes leading internal software and application development programs for organizations such as Compaq and St. Jude Medical. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Yale University.

Austin started his IT career engineering large IP networks over satellites for the USAF as well as industry. He has also authored and implemented technologies critical to the success of carrier-grade Metro Ethernet services. For the past 6 years Austin has been involved in designing large-scale secure Wireless LANs for the largest enterprises, Universities, and Healthcare customers that host multiple mission critical applications and services. Austin has helped pioneer Virtual Branch Networks, with special emphasis on the needs of financial services’ IT departments.
