WSTA seminars provide vendor affiliates and sponsors access to new clients and partners thru speaking and other sponsorships opportunities. You’ll have the opportunity to reach your clients or prospective clients as well as WSTA members and prospective members. During 2009-2010, the Wall Street Technology Association (WSTA) will offer a series of seminars covering topics of interest to our members. IT spending at financial institutions is not going away, in fact research suggests it may increase out of necessity in this economic climate, particularly for Risk Management, Cloud Computing, Virtualization and Consolidation solutions. WSTA members are involved in all aspects of IT and networking including voice, data, mobility, risk management, trading services and market data. Over 50% of WSTA Members are C-Level, Vice President or Director.

Seminar Speaking & Sponsorship Opportunities

Premier Speaking Sponsorship- $8,000
Lead speaking slot immediately following the keynote and guest presentation (if there is one), followed by the other speakers. In addition to the benefits outlined for the speaking sponsorships, you will also receive:

• A dedicated speaking slot on the agenda, 25-minute educational (vendor neutral) presentation.
• Two Page Advertorial in the WSTA Ticker publication.
• Highlighted ad in a monthly member email.
• One listing in the WSTA online Resource Guide.
• Three additional complimentary passes to the event.

Speaking Sponsorship - $4,750
A 20-minute educational (vendor neutral) presentation followed by two slides (5 minutes) about your particular solution (themes/topics suggested by the WSTA).

This sponsorship also includes:

• Tabletop space for laptop demos and literature.
• Two complimentary passes.
• Post event list.
• Include a whitepaper or a link back to your site with information that supports your presentation in a post event email that is sent to WSTA members
  who did not attend.
• Inclusion in pre event promotions and on the WSTA web site.

Members Only Luncheon Sponsorship
Your firm can be the exclusive sponsor of a “Members (Financial Firm end users) Only” luncheon that follows a morning seminar. The format for the luncheon typically includes a guest presenter or panel discussion with limited seating.
